Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only) In accordance with EU regulations, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their contract within 14 days of receiving their order without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you may use our electronic withdrawal path by clicking the "Withdraw from Contract" button located in our website footer. If you use this digital option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium by email containing the date, time, and content of your request.

Voluntary 14-Day Return Policy (All Customers) Beyond the legal requirements, LÉLA Studios offers a voluntary return period of 14 days from the date of receipt for all customers.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Security Tag: The sealed security tag must remain intact. If this tag is broken or tampered with, the item is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are offered at a reduced price and are excluded from returns and refunds. (Sale items refunded as store credit only)
    By completing the purchase of a Final Sale item, the customer expressly agrees that the right of withdrawal does not apply to these items.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please contact info@lelastudios.com for approval and the correct return address.

  • Important: International returns must be clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS" at the post office to avoid unnecessary customs fees. Any customs fees incurred by LÉLA Studios due to improper labeling will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty and Material Defects In accordance with Swiss and international law, the legal warranty applies to defects present at the time of delivery.

  • Proof of Defect: The buyer must notify us of any defects immediately upon discovery.

  • Sizing: A 1-2 inch variance in measurements is standard in garment production and is not classified as a material defect.

Unclaimed Shipments Shipments returned as "unclaimed" or "refused" will incur a reshipment fee. Unclaimed items will be held for 14 days before being released back into our inventory for resale.

Refunds Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
