These Terms of Service describe how lelastudios.com (the “Site” or “we”) collect, use, and disclose your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.
Collecting Personal Information
When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information that can uniquely identify an individual (including the information below) as “Personal Information”. Device information
- Examples of Personal Information collected: The Version of the web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site.
- Purpose of collection: To load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site.
- Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels.
- Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our processor Shopify.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
- "Newsletter" If they subscribe, they automatically agree to our privacy policy and will get marketing emails to the email address they subscribe to. It is possible to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. The regularity of vouchers and promotions is not timed, the subscription confirms that we can use our email marketing tools like we want and send them to the customer by email.
Order information
- Examples of Personal Information collected: Name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.
- Purpose of collection: To provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
- Source of collection: Collected from you.
- Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our processor Shopify and Suppliers.
Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. Note by using additional payment methods (no credit card payment) a new tab will open for payment and your data will automatically be shared to the payment company.
Furthermore, you agree that your data may be used for advertising purposes. If you do not agree to the use of your data for advertising purposes, you can prohibit this at any time by sending a message through our contact form.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.
Sharing Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example;

Using Personal Information
We use your personal information to provide our services to you, which include: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Your rights
You can request information about your data stored by us at any time. To do so, we ask you to send a request for information by e-mail to the address below. Together with the request, proof of identity must be sent to the same address.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. You are of course also entitled at any time to revoke your consent to the use or processing of personal data with effect for the future. With regard to the deletion of data, it should be noted that we are subject to certain legal obligations which stipulate that certain data must be retained. We must comply with this obligation. If you wish the deletion of data which is subject to the legal obligation to retain, the data will be blocked in our system and only used to fulfill the legal obligation to retain data. After the retention period has expired, your deletion request will be complied with.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
Data retention
We will keep your data secure and therefore take all reasonable measures to protect your data from loss, access, misuse, or alteration. Our employees and contractual partners who have access to your data are contractually bound to secrecy and comply with the provisions of data protection law. In some cases, it may be necessary for us to pass on your requests to companies affiliated with us. In these cases, your data will also be treated confidentially.
We will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
GDPR
If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased. Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States.
