Shipping & Processing Origins

LÉLA Studios LLC operates from three global fulfillment centers to ensure the most efficient delivery possible:

  • USA: Orders are fulfilled and shipped locally from Pennsylvania.

  • Europe: Orders are fulfilled and shipped locally from Austria.

  • Switzerland: Orders are fulfilled and shipped locally from Switzerland.

 

Processing Times & Pre-orders

  • Standard Items: We process and ship your LÉLA Studios products with speed. Standard processing takes 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Pre-orders: For items marked as "Pre-order," please refer to the specific Estimated Ship Date listed on the product page (e.g., March 2–6, 2026). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code as soon as your pre-order has been dispatched.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the shipping origin country. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive your confirmation email.

 

Sales Tax & VAT Information

  • USA (Domestic): Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your specific state and zip code.

  • Switzerland (Domestic): LÉLA Studios is a sole proprietorship with annual turnover below CHF 100,000. VAT exempt (Swiss small business regulation, Art. 10 Para. 2a MWSTG). No VAT is charged or displayed.

  • International: We do not collect local VAT or GST for international orders outside of our primary fulfillment regions.

 

Delivery Timelines

  • Switzerland: 3–5 business days

  • USA & EU: 6–8 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–15 business days

  • Note: Transit times start from the date the order ships, not the date it is placed. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas) or due to carrier disruptions.

 

Import Duties & Taxes (International Shipping)

Please note that if you are ordering from a region where we do not have a local fulfillment center, your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Responsibility: Import duties, handling fees, and local taxes may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to pay duties upon arrival, the goods will be returned to us at the customer's expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in this instance. Unclaimed returns are restocked after 2 weeks.

 

Process for parcel lost in-transit

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeline, please contact us at info@lelastudios.com. We will conduct an investigation with the carrier. Please note that for orders marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier, LÉLA Studios LLC is not responsible for theft or loss.
